Mini adventure

The compacted ice and low temperature led to the cancellation of Maldon Prom parkrun this week and to an unplanned tourist run with E&E.

Much research went into the plan as events all around also began cancelling.  We opted for Squerryes winery as late on Friday, they had stated that they expected to go ahead, the weather wasn't expected to change and there were several other events in close proximity that looked like decent alternates.

We arrived early and were pleased to spot the team setting up.  It was a beautiful morning and we ran through a sprinkling of snow and the vines 

3 deers running across my path made it even more special.
