Ice skating!

Another cold frosty day.

We wrapped up well for our afternoon walk .... pleased we did as it was very cold but we did see a little watery sunshine at times :-)

We walked part of the way 'up the road' then climbed up onto the riverbank.


These Mallards looked a little bemused waddling around on the frozen river ...... couldn't resist blipping them :-)

Extra is a view along the river from a similar position to last week's photo ..... as you can see the church was really there all the time! ;-)

Really chuffed to see a pair of Lapwing on the field ..... not seen any round here for years :-))
