Driving south in the snow

The start of our trip to the UK is often a drive south to Arlanda airport, near Stockholm. Today we we’re headed down to friends who live relatively nearby. It’s a 7 hour drive, which is not much fun if it’s snowing, as in the photo. Fortunately the snow was cold and dry, and even more fortunately it only came down intermittently.
We arrived tired but soon recovered as we ate a wonderful dinner. Sine, our oldest friend in Sweden, is a great cook!
