Beautiful clear sky

Treacherous ice underfoot. Did'nt attempt to leave the house until 11am, then drove very gingerly down to CK to walk Indie. Multiple road accidents in the area.
No horse racing today, all meetings abandoned so Mum & I put some Xmas decorations around her front room. Some of the decorations I brought back from Sweden 45years ago, great memories of my time working there, my inter-rail journey home for Xmas, & my return via Oslo to stay with Norwegian friends I made on the initial journey.
