The Rain's A Comin

How amazing is this sky! On our way home after visiting family for Mother's Day we decided to take a slight detour across country to capture the beauty! It wasn't long before the heavens opened and some much needed rain poured down. Just as amazing as this sky was the roast lamb dinner with all the trimmings cooked by my daughter to celebrate Mothers Day, a very special gift. Finished off with a piece of decadent, pecan cake with caramel mousse and brown sugar topping or as my daughter named it "yummy Hildy cake".
