At work someone brought in a jigsaw for those much needed quiet moments.  When completed the jigsaw was minus 2 pieces ...
So - either a couple of pieces fell on the floor and were hoovered up or someone accidentally (or on purpose) picked up the two pieces and walked away.
A group gathering formed to either find said jigsaw pieces or identify the jigsaw piece thief/murderer. 

Alternatively there is a 'hey ho' moment and a new jigsaw gets started in 2023.
