Laid on the settee in the bay window this morning for an hour with a cup of tea and this week's NME featuring The 100 Greatest Britpop Songs. 100? Jesus, there was a whole load of guff in there, a Top 10 would surely have sufficed. Obviously, the rest of the magazine was as brilliant and insightful as ever though ;-)

Right, off to the John Grant gig later tonight, should be a good 'un, and he's on in the background as I type (with a little careful editing of tracks when small people come within earshot) but the main listening of the day has been the latest album from Perpignan's finest.
