OHP

Another in the series ‘Things you find when you move house’. Remember the trusty overhead projector? They have a quite long history. French physicist Edmond Becquerel developed the first known overhead projection apparatus in 1853. Overhead projectors began to be widely used in schools and businesses in the late 1950s and early 1960s, beside the contemporaneously-developed carousel slide projectors manufactured by Kodak.

This OHP has the attraction of being collapsible and hence portable (extra). Even so we doubted that anyone would want it and we thought it might be destined for the tip. But in fact it quickly found a buyer on Gumtree.
