Field fun

We were having breakfast this morning when J’s dad rung to say her sister in law had fallen over and may have broken her knee. We were expecting him to say he wasn’t coming for Christmas as a result but didn’t. Did a bit of tidying on the house for mum while she went and collected the goose for Christmas day. We took the dogs to a local filed for a run around as we are heading home today. Mum was out with some friend for a Christmas lunch when we got back so we packed the car and went to collect her. Next stop was J’s dad to sort the car and figure out how to get 4 adults, 2 cases, 2 dogs a goose and some other bags. We managed it with Darwin in the boot and Kilda sitting between 2 people in the back. It was a long 6 hours to get home with the traffic and it was 10.30 before we arrived back.
