After my awful mental health day yesterday I felt back to a more balanced state, which was a relief.

I’ve been watching a Norwegian drama Arctic Circle which I’ve enjoyed.
I popped round to see Ana and her family early evening, their grown up kids are all back home for Christmas. So it was lovely to see them all !
