Heads or tails?

Wandering around the harbour looking for something to photograph that didn't look too depressing in the drizzle I got chatting to a couple of guys who, according to the advert on their van, were pie makers from Cowdenbeath. I don't know if they specialise in Scotch pies but in this instance they were out hunting for lobster.

Apparently they have several lobster pots out in the Forth and this is the bait they were about to use to attract the lobsters into the trap. I can't tell you what sort of fish these are, but they were freshly caught and filleted and no doubt the guys will be having a fish supper tonight. Perhaps lobster bisque tomorrow night if they are lucky today.
