Santa Cake....!!!

Just finished icing and decorating my picket fence Santa cake ...it’s for my Sons in-laws in Sligo....they aren’t fond of fruit cake so they like my Victoria Sandwich sponge cake ....the center is my raspberry jam and raspberry ripple flavored buttercream icing and glacé icing on top...and the ‘picket fence’ are Cadbury’s Snowy Finger biscuits...
Simple and easy to do....!!!
