Bardney to Woodhall Spall

Managed to do 16 miles in just under 1 hr 20 mins on the bike - on the flat but not bad my knees hurt now though - coming back was a bit rough as the winds caught us full on - the east coast does not have much shelter! Great art work along the riverside.

We managed it just before the heavens opened, sometimes weather forecasts do work!

Back home to Coventry this evening to prepare for work tomorrow - boo hoo!!
