dried segments

Did these today for Kathy, she wants to use them in cocktails. She’d forgotten I’d got a dehydrator. There are 4 trays of them. Didn’t do a lot else today as I still feel rough so I sat in front of the fire watching the telly and dozing off. It was nice to watch it slowly get dark outside.
