Redbreasted nuthatches

Today was a cloudy cold day, here was still a windchill but not as bad as the past few days. I had my sister come by for a visit in the afternoon and took her out to feed the birds. She had some fun with the birds coming to her for peanuts.  This nuthatches was waiting his turn to land on the hand when I took the shot. We did not stay long as the cold got to us quickly.
