Disused Grand Entrance

I do remember this entrance being in use at one time, perhaps 25 years ago. Now it is overgrown, covered with barbed wire to prevent intruders.  It leads to a local hall and despite the entrance's condition, the hall is still in use.

We'd gone for a walk to blow away some of the excesses of yesterday, before heading over to another family gathering.  This proved a late night before we came away, including a good old sing song with piano and guitar accompaniment.  Such a talented younger family generation we have.
