Grorother Mühle

A longer lunchtime walk today, with friend and neighbour B. The wind was quite chilly, so we walked another way to nearby Frauenstein, down the valley and along a brook, which is at the centre of a little nature reserve. (Link in German)

There's this old mill about halfway, which I really like. Its oldest building parts are from 1699. Sadly it can't be visited because it has all been converted into private houses, but I might try and get closer to the buildings and gardens at some point in summer.
