No Tears

No tears.  Although not far away when I compare the weather that I left behind with what hit me as soon as I landed.

But good news on the travel front.  Flight was on time and we went through the Border control even quicker than normal thanks to the young lads from the Royal Navy who were standing in during the strike.   Went through passport control well before the bags had arrvied at baggage reclaim.  

Taxis were in short supply.  My ususal 2 companies had nothing available but managed to get one from my third option after about 20 minutes.     A bit of shopping and the usual unpacking and catching up today.
