A New View

It is several years since we have had this view. Union Terrace Gardens was reopened two days before Christmas. We can now access the new layout. No turf has been laid yet, it should be laid around the beginning of March. There is not much colour at the moment, unsurprisingly at this time of year.

Anyway I have had a stroll though the Gardens. It is a little to early to get a fair impression of how the gardens will look when they have had a few months to settle in. Instead I took the opportunity for a photo of William Wallace in front of St Marks Church and His Majesty’s Theatre.

I stayed dry for most of the time I was out. It was just starting to rain as I got back.
