Strawberries and cream

The pink and white of these rhododendrons remind me of a bowl of home-made ice-cream.
I've been looking at some photos I took yesterday at our local National Trust garden,and the rhododendrons are superb this year,smothered in huge flowers. I like the wrinkled buds too ,so pretty.
