Rain was forecast for the day. I stayed indoors except for a minute to collect the empty wheelie bin from the roadside.

I looked out of the window when I heard the bin truck, saw the artwork on the side and thought it would be ok for a blip. Grabbed the camera and dashed upstairs. No time to change lens or settings but it worked. Fortunately I’d turned it back to auto focus after yesterday’s shots.

Watched Farmageddon on iplayer this afternoon. The weather did brighten but I’d made the decision early this morning to stay in so stuck to it.
