Reverting to nature

It's about a year and half since Hendricks and I last visited the ruins of the Tochieneal Tile and Brick Works. Fallen trees from the storms that have hit us since then have blocked access to some parts of the site, but for the buildings we could see, it was clear that they're continuing to disintegrate and nature is inexorably taking over (though I was glad to see the tall chimney of the engine house is still standing). 

This is the rear of the kiln. I hadn't spotted my usual view of it on the way in, partly because we'd had to detour around obstacles but also, I discovered, because a large tree has fallen on it from the front leaving it mostly hidden.
