Vicar’s Close, Wells.

We had a lovely evening last night with our friends. Amazing food (Joyce is a superb cook) and lots of great conversations.

We left after breakfast and headed into Wells city centre for a walk around the Bishop’s Palace and cathedral.

This beautiful close was built in 1363 and the chimneys raised in 1470.
