Fisherman

We didn't stay up last night and still wake when it feels like the middle of the night as it is so dark until after 8am. What a lovely morning clear sky and sunshine. We set off at 10.30 to a park in Northampton. We didn't stay long as it was so muddy and busy. I drove to Pitsford reservoir and found a very quiet car park. By now the clouds had rolled in, it was grey but dry. We walked through squelchy mud to the reservoir path. Spotted this fisherman, bet he was a bit cold. We kept walking looking for a bench to have our picnic.We found one but there was mud underneath it and Oscar would roll in it and get us filthy as well. We ended up sat in the car eating our picnic. We had walked 3.5 miles. Our favourite place tomorrow for a nice walk.
