Fixing the pump.

Summer. 41 degrees celsius- hot. The pump breaks. Not good when the stock are hot and thirsty. Luckily most paddocks have water without the pump. We got it working again. The horses came to investigate. Sniffing the tools on the ground, being nosey. Kids are swimming in the dam.
The dragon flies were very busy mating and drinking. You could hear their wings there were so many of them. There is also a diver nesting on the edge of the dam, and tadpoles. Life goes on despite the heat. Although there are dead mice and dead micro bats at the house this evening.
