Vipers Bugloss

Vipers Bugloss is a medicinal herb, that grows profusely around the lake.  I often buy the Vipers Bugloss honey, which is very tasty.  I took this photo on my early morning stroll around the block.  I then had a cuppa and scone with the church ladies, only 4 of us there today.  Still, we had a nice chat before heading for home.

After lunch I walked to the lake and back through the park.  Another hot day, +27C.  There is rain in the forecast, which will cool things down a bit.
