Swamp thing

Kayaked with Dennis on the Ocklawaha River, from Eureka.  Found a feeder creek with a strong flow and at the end (for us because of this down tree) was my favorite type of swamp critter.  
The main river was very high.  The extra is a spot called Pine Island where I always stop to eat lunch and swim.  There is usual a beach but today we kayaked over the beach and right up into the trees.  The shot is from our lunch place.  And yes, I still went swimming.  It was almost 80 degrees!
I just realized...one year on Blip!!   I can't begin to express how much Blip has enriched my life.  Thanks everyone I've met on here, and in real life too.
