Fallen star

Busy morning, putting the Xmas decs away and the Xmas tree out to graze. Mix of emotion - good to get the house straight but sad it's all over for another year. I nearly always find a forgotten decoration about March time - well this year it was much earlier -  just this afternoon. We shifted the poor tree through the window into the front garden - It was like a forest floor out there, but when we had a closer look we saw a glint amongst the needles  - this little fallen star.
