Cherry Blossom

I missed the cherry blossom in Japan, their climate being slightly ahead of ours means they tend to get the blossoms they are famous for around Easter time. By Golden Week it is all gone, to be replaced by early summer flowers.

So it was nice to get back to the UK and see the abundance of cherry, and other, blossoms on the trees. The drawback here is the weather, so here is my picture of the cherry blossom in all its glory taken from the window of the Hospice Shop this afternoon.
