........... brotherly love - only a minute before this was taken they were engaged in the regular ‘ rough and tumble ‘ while we made their tea ;-)

I think I’m still improving slowly - runny nose seems to have dried up but I’m still exhausted with an on/off headache. I did force myself out for a little walk as the sun was shining - it felt like hard work even though I didn’t go that far but it was nice to get some fresh air ;-)
