Three months early ... !

At this time of year the garden should be over a foot deep in snow and temperatures well below zero here in Montreal ... well, it's going to snow overnight but at the moment we have snowdrops poking through. Snowdrops which, here, are not normally (ever) seen before April. Truly weird weather.
