Moving out

After nearly 35 years we are getting new neighbours through the wall. We moved in a month or so before they did.

We’ve watched the family grow up and in some cases have family of their own. Sadly the parents have now each passed away and the “children” have decided to sell up as they each have their own homes and lives, in one case now based in London.

It is sad for them and us but we look forward to the new neighbours. We are beginning to feel like the “oldies” in the street.

It really hit home as the last of the furniture was being moved out today with only a few more things to be done before the exchange.
