Glimpse

An uncomfortably early appointment with the nurse at the GP's surgery at least meant I got a glimpse of a stunning sunrise - across Leith Links from Constitution Street.

Apart from my respiration (mostly fine) she checked up on B.P. (needs work) and my black eye. Got to go in again next week for more BP testing and routine blood tests, since they haven't looked at any aspect of my innards since about 2019. The NHS is still functioning, it seems - just try not to have an emergency for the time being!
