Mersehead

We had a busy morning taking down the Christmas decorations and tidying downstairs.
Then we drove to the Solway Coast to RSPB Mersehead. The were hundreds of barnacle geese feeding in the fields. They make a lovely sound.
The beech was full of debris from the high tides and flooding recently. It was cold but very enjoyable.
In the evening I tried out cooking chips in the new air frier . I parr boiled the Maris piper potatoes first, tossed them in oil and then cooked them in the air frier for 20 mins. Delicious.
