Curious Moon

I wasn't planning another moonshot so soon, but saw this full moon when I looked out the window tonight. It looked like a Brocken Spectre effect as the moon rose above a band of black cloud. There are definite circles of yellow and red.
This is something I have only seen before on mountain cloud inversions. 
Curious.
