Today was a 4WD day! We drove to this point in the mornings, quite a difficult 4WD track for the little Rav4 but she handled it well. Once there we could see that the beach to the south of us looked stellar for kitesurfing. 

After a quick pitstop for a great burger we searched for other 4WD tracks to get us to the beach. My friend has a much more capable off road vehicle so I parked mine just off the beach and he made it onto the beach.

We then did some wave-kitesurfing which involves riding the waves and whitewash in to the shore then turning around and jumping/hurdling all the waves coming in! So much fun, some of the waves were taller than me and the whitewash too. It was awesome jumping the waves and having them crash behind me, but needless to say there were some spectacular wipeouts.

Also suffering from a second stomach bug, but only a fraction of what the last one was like.

In the evening we camped at Contos campground in the cars.
