Friday flowers

Call first thing to the hospital - informed AJ discharged last night back to the home.
Call to the care home, confirmed AJ back with them (around 9 or 10pm), apologised for not calling. Informed all medication has been stopped apart from anti-biotics and pain relief.

Lunch time, trip to the care home and spent the afternoon/evening caring for AJ. Very sleepy, support with drinking hot (boiling) water/hot (boiling) tea/lemonade. AJ is refusing food. My sister also present and my cousin also popped in.
