Creag Dubh

This is looking east up Glen Spean towards Creag Dubh from a high point on our dog walk this morning.
In the afternoon I had a wee run out on the bike, the first in what felt like weeks. I had no idea how the legs might respond to the Glen Roy gradients.

Perhaps the pace was slow but the "engines" felt fine. I did about 20 miles with a lot of ascent. Extra from Annat Bridge above Braeroy
