A Wee Gadget.....!!

One that I couldn’t even guess what to do with...!!!???
I was going to suggest that ‘you guess’ but I doubt anyone would...!!
My friend brought it to me when she visited at Christmas....
And I just couldn’t figure it out.....?
To me it looked like a beautiful little Peacock Ring.....which it is...but, not to wear as you’d think...
So, now, I’m interested to see if anyone has used one or can you figure it out...???
I’ll tell you tomorrow.....and in the meantime I’m going to see can I use it for what it’s intended...!!!??
She loves to bring me odd things like this....we have some good laughs about them...!!
