Getting ready to go out for lunch with Carolyn, a late birthday treat, when the phone rang. The Estate Agent again - a young lady would like to view the flat. Apparently she's flexible, but would like to come this afternoon.

Dashed back after a very nice meal for a little more cleaning and tidying. The young lady came and went - a flying visit! She may, or may not, come again with her partner, but was quite non committal. Suspect it will come to nothing...
