City Lights

Lots and lots of walking. I forget how you seem to walk so much further in cities than in a rural setting. Started the day with some sanding and filling then headed out in search of lunch. The place we wanted had no tables available so ended up getting magnificent ciabatta rolls from La Patina Deli on Byres Road and ate them on a bench in Kelvingrove park. Then on to see Eric Watt’s exhibition at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Loved it - every photograph had a lot to tell you. Caffeine and sugar fix before going on to do window shopping for rucksack / boots for R’s trip later this month. Then back to R’s flat. Got some wood work undercoated whilst R made a delicious noodle broth and then we watched Where The Crawdogs Sing, can thoroughly recommend both.

A really good day.
