Raindrops

We had some needed rain over night. Needed more than the 6mm we had. Better than none!. The rain stopped by day light and we didn't see any more after that. Looked as if it would rain, but didn't. The air was cool and after yesterdays heat felt cold at 17c.

I had a lovely day with my friend I have know since we were 6 years old. We saw a film 'The Banshees of Inisherin" which we both enjoyed, followed by a coffee and a chat. On my way home I did some shopping as I needed some knew trousers are my old one are so big they just about fall of me.
