Marmalade

Mrs S bought some Seville oranges from the fruit van to make marmalade. The colouration of this one caught my eye and the texture of it I found fascinating.
My only contribution to marmalade making is holding the funnel to ensure the marmalade goes from jam pan to jars without spillage. The product is divine. We are just finishing our last jar.
