Raining [cats &] dogs

Oh my word we got soaked. Cholmeley was stunned by the hail storm but kept plodding on. Mabel, she was shocked and simply sat with half closed eyes which made her look like she was frowning or grimacing. So we did a very short walk. And came home drenched.

Elbows flies back from Nepal tonight and should arrive home in the small hours. It’s been a long week and it’ll be great to have him home.

Dot.T comes back from Nottingham this evening. I can’t wait to see her.
