Nuthatch

An added bonus of the cottage has been the bird feeder. As a Christmas treat they’ve had human deluxe (unsalted) peanuts as that was all the village shop could offer us on Christmas Eve. And we’ve been rewarded with a regular pair of nuthatches, woodpecker, Robin, flocks of blue tits and long tailed tits, chaffinches….. Tidied up, had a quick coffee catch up with a friend in Kington then onto my brother in law’s. We didn’t do very well in the pub quiz - but at least I knew how many stars on the EU flag (12 in case you wonder)
