Today dawned dark and dreary. It drizzled all day and cramped the style of my usual subjects. I found myself searching for something bright and in contrast with the day. Not the snake, or the strange multi legged crawling caterpillar, not the raindrops in the center of the lupines and then I remembered this fabulous lone tree in the pasture down the road. I was not disappointed...
