Clear cool night

It was just one of those nights...probably one of the last cool low humidity nights we will have for the next 6 months...so many stars...had been breezy all day, but by this time it was still and the palm tree reflections were so cool....while I was setting up to shoot, there was quite a noisy racket...initially thought it was a water bird, but discovered it was raccoons!...they had scampered up the taller of the two palm trees...i wish i could have captured the image of four sets of eyes nestled among the giant palm fronds caught in the light of my flashlight....it was hilarious....I guess there's often more going on in images than we see.
