The Graythwaite Arch

This is the rather quaint limestone arch over Fernhill Road in Grange-over-Sands.  It was built by a German gardener in 1899 and was the entrance to the grounds of the Graythwaite Manor.  The Manor became the Graythwaite Manor Hotel in 1937 and has 21 rooms.
