Chaffinch

At this time of the year when. the light goes so early it is always a matter of ensuring you have captured a few shots before it turns too dark. I knew from the weather forecast that it was going to rain by the time I took the dog for her afternoon walk so I though I would try and capture some garden bird activity before I left. Now that the leaves have fallen it is somewhat easier to catch birds in their natural habitat rather than at the bird feeder.
