Redstart......

My first ever sighting and image of a Redstart............
I have to apologise for the poor quality of this image, he was right on the limit of my lenses range.

I did actually only take a couple of shots with the camera, taking the oppertunity to look at this beautiful bird through my binoculars, it was just stunning.......!!

Well its clear here at the moment, but the forecast is for torrential rain. After the fairly settled weather of recent days, normal service is about to be resumed......
